Preschool Orientation

Max had his preschool orientation the other day to meet his teacher, get him acquainted with the school and drop off his school supplies.

Now, Max is a legacy Little Lamb, being that big bro graduated from the program...so of course he walked in like he owned the place. Ha!

What a difference from first child to second! Max has spent years watching his big brother go to school and is so excited that it is finally his turn. He actually asked me to leave him there for three days. Ha!
(How about 2 and 1/2 hours, two days a week there little buddy! Ah, too fast, they grow up too fast!)

Max was sure to save a seat for his twin, the Divine Miss Sawyer Kay. These two will be quite the pair together in pre-k. Max loves his Sawyer. Even though he tells me girls are "yucky,"...not his Sawyer, "She's not a gurl, she's family!"

The magnificent duo chatted it up with their new teacher for a bit. I see plenty of these little conversations in this teacher's near future.

Circle Time....Notice whose child is facing the wrong direction. Ha! Sawyer wanted Max to appreciate her new shoes and so he happily obliged.

In grand Little Lambs tradition, orientation ended with what we like to call here in our house a "Punch and Cookie Party."

Little Lambs finishes almost every major school event with a "Punch and Cookie Party."
(I think this is what my husband likes best about the school.)
So, our Little Lambie is all ready for his first day of preschool! I hope it gets here quick, because this little guy is about to explode in excitement!
