How About Them Apples...

Xavier's Kindergarten Field Trip to the Apple Orchard...

Maxi-MESS!

When it comes to messes, this kid is not just talented…he is truly gifted! Here is our little Maximess after eating just two tiny, powdered donuts. Of course, before eating his sugary treats, he did have to hold them up to his face like eye glasses and yell, “I see you!”

Toothless Wonder…

Xavier lost his first tooth at school today!

Holding true to his personality, he told me he is not interested in doing the tooth fairy thing since he has plenty of dollars already and he doesn’t really want to give that tooth fairy girl his tooth or his shiny, white, tooth necklace that the school nurse gave him.

On a side note….

I learned today that this little piece of equipment not only works great for washing children’s hair, but also comes in rather handy when a toddler wants to relocate large quantities of water from a toilet to a bathroom floor. Seriously, who is watching these kids?

Holy Flying Flip Flops, When Will I Learn My Lesson?

Parenting 101: Toddlers and Tantrums

CAUTION:

Before beginning a car ride with a toddler, take care to remove any object from the child’s reach that could be used as a weapon against you in the event the toddler decides to throw a tantrum. Object to weapon examples include chicken nuggets, sippy cups and easily removable footwear such as flip flops.

I was literally hit in the head with this little lesson today. Oh, what would parenting be without laughter?

Weekend with Our Niece

Hummer Day at the Ballpark

Watching the fireworks after the game.
Fireworks are much too loud for little baby ears.

Captain Underpants

Underpants go with everything...even rain boots. Pants optional.
